If you have any alteration needs for the length of your suit pants, feel free to visit any SST&C store. Our sales consultants will assist you on-site with measurement and alteration according to your requirements.

Before the alternation, you must be aware:

1. Outlet store does not have a machine for altering pants length, so this service is not available.
2. This service only provides simple alterations for suit pants length. If there are special sewing techniques or other modification requirements, the pricing will be determined upon consultation at the store.
3. The processing time for pants length alterations will be informed by the on-site sales consultant.

• SST&C provides product maintenance and warranty services. If needed, please bring the product to an SST&C physical store/counter to be assisted by an on-site sales consultant.

• For products purchased more than six months ago, if it is confirmed by our company to be within the repairable range, repair fees will be charged.

• Considering the normal wear and tear of the product, SST&C cannot provide maintenance and warranty services in the following cases:

1.Only repair services can be provided for products sold for over a month.

2.Maintenance and warranty services cannot be provided for cases due to normal wear and tear.

3.Products not produced by SST&C cannot receive maintenance and warranty services.

• Our company reserves the right to determine whether the damage to the product is caused by human/external factors or improper use. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be returned back to the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Washing Instructions

1.Excessive color bleeding may occur during the initial wash of dark/saturated fabrics, which is considered normal.

2.It is recommended to wash the garment individually before the first wear to prevent the color from affecting other clothes.

3.To prevent color fading, it is advisable to separate light and dark-colored garments when washing.

4.Avoid soaking the clothes for too long and immediately dry them after spinning. Prolonged soaking or leaving the clothes after dehydration for an extended period can cause color fading or wrinkles.

5.Please follow the washing instructions attached to the garment for the appropriate washing method.

6.Do not let stains stay on the clothes for too long. It is best to wash them on the same day it is worn, as it is the optimal time to treat stains.

7.Before using any cleaning detergent or conditioning oil, test it on an inconspicuous area inside the garment to ensure it does not cause any damage to the fabric or leather.

｜ Suit ｜

1. 1. It is recommended to use a soft brush to clean the suit after each wear to reduce dust accumulation. Dust can damage the suit fibers and shorten its lifespan.

1. 2. The fabric fibers of a suit have elasticity, and frequent wearing can cause localized deformation. It is advisable to have at least two or more sets of suits to rotate and allow the suits to rest adequately, thus extending their lifespan.

1. 3. When storing suits, use suit hangers with broad shoulders to avoid shoulder deformation. Pants should be hung flat with trouser clips and stored in dustproof covers.

1. 4. Suits should not be washed, bleached, or wrung by hand. Dry cleaning is the best method for laundering, but excessive dry cleaning should be avoided as it can damage the garments.

1. 5. Suit pants made of less than 50% wool can be hand washed inside out. When drying, they should be hung inside out to prevent color fading due to exposure to sunlight.

1. 6. Suits should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. Avoid exposing them to strong light or direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent color fading. If they get wet in the rain, it is advisable to have them cleaned promptly to prevent water damage to the suit fabric.



1. 7. Before storing during a change of seasons, send the suits for dry cleaning first and then store them.



｜ Shirt｜

1. 1. When using a washing machine for cleaning, place the shirts in a laundry bag to prevent deformation.

1. 2. Clean the dirt on the inside of the collar and cuffs gently using a soft brush.

1. 3. Dark-colored shirts and light-colored shirts should be washed separately to prevent dye transfer onto the lighter shirts.

1. 4. Whether for cleaning or ironing, always remove the collar stays from the shirts. This prevents the shirts from being damaged by hard objects during the cleaning process and also protects the collar stays from deformation caused by rubbing.
